Collaborate on Freeform App Boards on Your iPad

Invite Others to Collaborate

1. Open the Freeform app.
2. Select the board you want to share.
3. Tap the Share button.
4. Choose how to share: Messages, Mail, or directly with contacts.

View and Follow Others

1. Open the shared board.
2. Tap the People button.
3. Turn on Participant Cursors.
4. Tap a participant’s name to jump to their location.
5. Tap the Follow button to follow their view.

Manage Sharing Settings

1. Open the shared board.
2. Tap the People button.
3. Tap Manage Shared Board.
4. Adjust settings:
   • Lock the board for viewing only.
   • Give editing access.
   • Change individual access.
   • Invite others with a link.

Add Accessibility Descriptions

1. Select an item on the board.
2. Tap the More button.
3. Tap Description.
4. Enter a description.

Stop Sharing or Collaborating

1. Open the shared board.
2. Tap the People button.
3. Tap Manage Shared Board.
4. Remove participants or stop sharing entirely.

Send a PDF of a Board

1. Open the board.
2. Tap the More button.
3. Tap Export as PDF.
4. Choose how to send the PDF.
