These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AppleGuide. AppleGuide is part of Rich Media Network and is managed by Richard Lawal. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that harms the service, or use its content unlawfully.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, site text, graphics, branding and original media belong to Rich Media Network, AppleGuide or their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may quote brief extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Reproduction, republication or commercial use beyond what the law permits requires prior written permission.

No visitor accounts or transactions

AppleGuide does not provide visitor accounts, purchases, paid subscriptions or user-generated comments. Email-newsletter subscriptions are managed through AWeber and can be cancelled using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Content is general information, not professional advice, and may change without notice. Third-party links, advertisements, affiliate offers and sponsored content are governed by the relevant third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
